A postural assessment may follow with an exploration of compensatory movement patterns and muscular imbalances using yoga postures, breath and relaxation techniques; with no prior experience necessary.

At the end of this first session we discuss appropriate goals and a customized treatment protocol, including 'homework' for progress between sessions. Some treatment protocols might be rigorous with a focus on physical strengthening. Others may focus on relaxation with techniques that balance and calm. Our intention is to help you take an active role in sustainable self-care, overcome challenges and empower you to compose the life you desire.
